PRINCIPALS in the company:

Joanne Stoner and Jack Hanick are the principals of the company.

Joanne Stoner has a Harvard MBA. With 20 years of experience in the apparel industry, she learned all the aspects of the business through various assignments in design, production, marketing and sales. She was a buyer, first for Lazarus department stores and was recruited by Saks Fifth Avenue. At Saks she expanded the private label division and significantly grew the intimate apparel and loungewear departments. In 1992 she launched the Elisabeth Dress line for Liz Claiborne and grew this business to $40M in two years.

She received her MBA from Harvard, class of 1996. After Harvard she joined Lucent Technologies where she served as a director for e-Commerce for three years. She was then recruited by one of her Harvard professors, to launch 4R Systems, a startup, software company specializing in the development of algorithms to forecast retail sales. She served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing until launching her own business.

She initially created the web site to test the market for fashion in a post "dot bomb" Internet environment. Combining her knowledge of the Internet, emerging technology, business and fashion, she launched the Internet fashion business at a time when most dot coms were failing. eDressMe, however, has become a strong presence on the Internet.

Jack Hanick, a Harvard Graduate, is a T.V. Director. He has over 25 years of experience in televison. He was involved in the startup of the Fox News Channel in 1996 and directed the original News pilots.

Prior to joining Fox, he launched and served as the CEO of a successful documentary film company, Cornerstone Productions. He won two Emmy awards, one for the biography of Desmond Tutu on P.B.S. and one for "Best Director New York" in 1994.

For Cornerstone he developed and marketed a software program in the late 1980s called "Online Simulator" that was used to speed up the video editing process.

For eDressMe he supervises graphics, fashion photography and software development.
