This short strapless sheath by Kathlin Argiro is a throw back to retro glam. It is perfect for special occasions or graduation. It has an empire waist with attached sash that can be tied in the front or bustled in the back. The optional flower pin is detachable and can be ordered for a $25 additional charge. The dress can also come with 2" detachable straps for a $15 fee. This dress is also available in all white.
