A. For returns of three or more styles per order, a restocking fee of $25 per dress will be charged.

We have 100% inspection on style’s leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected when they are received. If styles are returned with snags, rips, stains or other damages, the sender will be charged for the cost of the repair to the style. If the style cannot be repaired, no credit will be issued.

What does store credit mean?
When we receive your return, we track your shipping information on-line at www.ups.com . If your return is over 21 days old, we cannot issue a full credit to your credit card. In this case we issue an eDressMe store credit. The credit is a coupon that you may use at any time on our site. We send you the coupon code so you may redeem the credit.

When you return merchandise, please note that your return must be post-marked within 21 days from the date you received it. This means from the day your order was delivered to you, you need to get it back to us within a 21 day period to receive full credit for your purchase.

If you are given store credit, an e-mail will be sent to you with the details of your order: This e-mail will include your store credit amount and your coupon code. With store credit, you may purchase item/items (including the shipping fee) on the site for the total amount specified in your coupon.

Please be sure you complete the coupon field on the order form with the coupon code that is assigned to you.

This coupon does not expire, so you may use it at your convenience.

We process all of our returns the same business day they are received in order to insure the fastest service to you.


Q: My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: If you receive a package that has been damaged, DO NOT discard the box or the contents. You will need to call us at (212) 239-6505 between 9am-6pm EST Monday through Friday. We will file a claim with UPS.
Q: How do I print a return label(FOR USA ONLY)?
A: Our return label will not work for international returns.

On every page of our web site in the upper right hand corner click on the following symbol:

A new window will open up. Simply fill in the fields. For weight, use 2.0 lbs (DO NOT TYPE THE WORD LBS). Press continue and the final screen will display a UPS label.

PRINT the label on any printer.
AFFIX the label to the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode.
GIVE the package to any UPS driver or take it to a staples UPS center. There may be a small fee if you call UPS to pick up your package. UPS will tell you the cost to pick up the package when you call them.

We will fully credit your account for this purchase as soon as we receive the package and it has been inspected for damages.

Please note that we do not pay for returns on international orders at this time.

>2nd Day Air- UPS- approx. $15-$20- 2 BUSINESS days guaranteed- NO Saturday. No PO Box delivery. Signature required. 2nd Day Air Shipping NOT REFUNDABLE on returns.

Next Day Air- UPS- approx. $22-$30- Overnight next day. Saturday delivery ($10 extra). Signature required. Next Day Air shipping NOT REFUNDABLE on returns.

Your credit card is NOT charged until the item is shipped and we send you the tracking number via email.

Q: What is Dress to a Desk for Manhattan customers?
A: You may choose DRESS TO A DESK (TM) for $20 and we will deliver to your office same day! Order must be placed by 2pm. If we can't deliver it the same day for any reason, we will call and deliver as soon as possible for $10. Allow 3 hours for delivery.
Q: Do you deliverInternationally?
A: Global UPS $35 and requires a signature. To prevent credit card fraud, orders require written verification from issuing bank. We fax the international bank. This may delay shipping. If possible, use American Express card as approval is same day.
Q: What are UK customs fees?
A: UK customs charges about 11 pounds cash to customer for clearance.
