Returns
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE DESIGNERS
We sell time sensitive and seasonal merchandise, for this reason we have a strict no return/no exchange policy for select brands. Please see our list of non- returnable/non-exchangeable designers. If you have placed an order for a Mori Lee, Kathlin Argiro, or Badgley Mischka dress (see special orders) and you need to cancel, it must be cancelled within 24 hours after placing original order. Please see each individual item for special circumstance instructions for return policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, based on the original form of payment. Sale merchandise (discounted 10% to 40% off) may be returned or exchanged (subject to item availability). Final Sale merchandise (discounted 50% or more) has a strict no return/no exchange policy. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 14 days of your receipt date will be returned to you. A restocking fee of 20% per item will be charged on all returns of three or more items per order.

Items must be returned in original condition. eDressMe has 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are also 100% inspected upon receipt. In order to receive a refund, items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must have all original tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee. ( top of page )


Exchanges
When your item(s) is received for exchange, you will be sent a new order at no additional cost. If your exchange is for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping charges will be incurred. If your exchange exceeds the dollar amount of your original purchase, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. When your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information. Please Note: Your exchange item(s) may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued. ( top of page )
How to Exchange

1. Exchange by phone: Call us at 212-239-6505 or 866-433-7377, Monday through Friday, between 9am-6pm EST. We’ll send you in stock items right away and credit you for your return once it is received at our warehouse. No need to fill out the exchange form.
2. Exchange by mail: Fill out the return & exchange form. Enclose the form with the item(s) to be returned. Please Note: Whether you are exchanging your item(s) for a new size, a new color or a new style, your credit card statement will reflect a credit for your returned item and a charge for your new item.( top of page )


Refunds
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card). Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.( top of page )
How to Return
1. Print out the pre-paid UPS return label. Affix it to the package.
2. Fill out the return & exchange form enclosed with the package.
3. Pack the items in their original shipping box. Enclose the return form, as well as the original invoice. Please Note: Credit will not be issued without the original invoice enclosed in the package.
4. Check your e-mail. eDressMe will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Click on the link. When your item(s) has been received, you will see Tracking #: RETURNED. If you returned more than one item, or returned only one item, you will see an R under Qty for each item(s) that has been received.

Using the Prepaid Return Label
In an effort to make your return process hassle free, a prepaid return label is provided to you for any returns from within the United States. If you choose to use the online UPS return label, please follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the following symbol: For your convenience, this symbol can be found on the upper right-hand corner of the eDressMe website.
2. Fill in the required fields. For the LBS field, use 2.0 (do not write “LBS’)
3. Print the label.
4. Affix the label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
5. Drop off your package at a UPS station, give it to a UPS driver, or leave it at a valid UPS drop-off point. Please Note: If you call UPS to pick up your package, you will be charged a pick-up fee. You are responsible for paying such fees.

Please Note: If you receive a package that has been damaged, DO NOT discard the box or the contents. UPS must see the original box in order to assume responsibility for the damage. Call an eDressMe customer service representatives at 212-239-6505 or 866-433-7377, Monday through Friday, between 9am-6pm EST to report the damage and you will be given specific instructions for receiving your refund or replacement. If you do not use the Prepaid Return Label
If you choose to use your own method of shipping your return, track your return so you can confirm that your package is recieved. It is also advised that you insure your return. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s) when opting to use your own method of return.. ( top of page )
International Orders
Free returns or exchanges on international orders are not provided and therefore pre-paid return label is not available. Import duties associated with your orders are nonrefundable. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s).( top of page )
Special Orders
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on special order items.( top of page )
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is in process. If your order has been shipped, you may not cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order before it is in process, call a customer service representatives at 212-239-6505 0r 866-433-7377, Monday through Friday, between 9am-6pm EST. ( top of page )
