| SHIPPING GUIDELINES |
All orders placed with eDressMe.com are shipped via
UPS and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject
to item availability and credit card verification (your billing address
must match the information on file with your issuing bank).
Orders placed before 11am (EST) Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 11am (EST) Monday
to Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders
placed after 11am (EST) on Friday will be processed the
following Monday.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from
our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order
has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. You may use
that number to check the status of your order at WWW.UPS.COM.

Delivery Timetable
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment
authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier.
This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Overnight Delivery
In-stock items ordered by 11am (EST) Monday to Friday and will be released
from our warehouse the date the order was placed (pending credit card
verification.) In-stock items ordered after 11am (EST) may take an
additional business day for delivery. Overnight delivery is unavailable
outside the continental United States.

Weekend Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after
3pm (EST) on Thursday and before 12pm (EST) on Friday for an additional
shipping charge of $10. Weekend delivery is unavailable outside
the continental United States.

Dress To A Desk™
DRESS TO A DESK™ delivery is only available within Manhattan.
A $20 delivery fee is charged for all DRESS TO A DESK™ orders.
Orders must be placed by 11am and are subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot deliver
your order the same day, we will notify you and deliver
your package as soon as possible for a reduced rate of $10. Allow
3 hours for delivery.

Post Office Box Delivery
At this time, we cannot ship orders to P.O. BOXES.

| International Shipping (Outside of the USA) |
eDressMe.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
PLEASE NOTE: For any international shipment, duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. These fees are placed on imported packages according to each individual government policy. These fees are in no way associated with eDressme. These fees are not placed on the package by us nor do we receive any portion of these funds. Thus these funds are not eligible for refund. If you refuse your package due to these fees, the amount of the re-import fees and transportation will not be credited back to your account as a restocking fee.
In the case of international exchanges, brokerage fees will still apply.
